This policy describes how Innocube Technologies (Davao City, Philippines) collects, uses, and protects your data when you use the Popols Brush Android application. Questions? Email [email protected].
Information we collect
- Mobile phone number — used to identify your account and verify it via OTP
- Full name — provided during sign-up for display in your profile
What we do NOT collect
- GPS location or any location data
- Contacts, microphone, or SMS content
- Call logs or phone activity
- Payment card numbers or bank details
- Government IDs or biometric data
- Facial images
- The content of your drawings or artwork (all canvas data is stored locally on your device)
How we use your data
- Identify and authenticate your account via OTP
- Display your profile name within the app
- Provide customer support
- Detect and prevent abuse or fraud
- Comply with applicable Philippine law
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
How your data is shared
- Service providers — Google Cloud (Firebase / Cloud Run) under data-processing agreements; they may not use your data independently
- Legal requests — where required by Philippine law or a valid court order
Data retention
- Account profile (name + phone): retained while your account is active — permanently deletable on request
- Session/activity logs: deleted after 90 days
Your rights — Philippines Data Privacy Act R.A. 10173
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing, and withdraw consent for your personal data.

You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
App permissions
- Internet: required for account authentication
- Storage (read/write): used to save and export your artwork to your device — artwork is never uploaded to our servers
You may revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Revoking storage access disables saving artwork to your device.
Children
Popols Brush is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact us at [email protected] to remove any data submitted by a minor.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be announced inside the app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Popols Brush after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
